V KOSMETIK currently ships across the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, the United
Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark and France.
Delivery times will be longer when V KOSMETIK is shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas in northern Canada.We strive to make V KOSMETIK products available worldwide. Mention us with @VKOSMETIK and tell us where you live!

We offer two shipping speeds. 1. Standard (7-10 business days): $ 15 Shipped (2-3 business days): $ 20
PS: Standard delivery is free when you spend $ 50 or more. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to receive and process your order. You will see the total cost of your order (including duties, taxes and delivery charges) upon payment. Your payment method will be billed in Canadian dollars (CAD) based on these fees. V KOSMETIK orders sent to Canadian addresses do not require a signature for delivery.
When are you going to send me my order?
Here's how it works: you place your order, we process it, and then we ship it.
The order takes place in a few seconds. Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1 p.m. ET are processed the next business day). One of our carriers then takes over. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. And hop, here it is on the way!
How long does it take for delivery?
Standard delivery takes between 7 to 10 business days and shipped between 2 to 3 business days. We will send you a tracking number so that you can track the journey of your order.
Will I have to pay any additional costs, such as customs duties or taxes?
If your order is subject to customs duties, taxes or related costs, you will be charged the costs at the time of payment (you will not have to pay anything more when delivering your package). We collect the amount of sales tax and customs duty for our shipping partner to pay when your order is cleared.
Can you deliver to a Canadian PO Box address?
We can deliver our packages to Canadian PO box addresses with standard delivery. Orders with shipped delivery are sent with UPS, so a residential address is required for delivery.
Why is my postal code not accepted?
If your postal code is missing a character, or if it contains too many characters, the "next" button will be grayed out (and you won't be able to click on it). Check your zip code, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need a helping hand!
I have a problem with the tracking of my order.

How to change the country on the site?
To change the currency in which you are shopping (as well as the country of delivery), simply click on the small circle at the top right of your screen, then select the country of your choice. We currently only ship to the countries listed here (but this list will grow soon).
Can the country of delivery and the country of invoicing be different?
Unfortunately, no. In order for us to process your order, the country where the billing address is located must be the same as the country where the delivery address is located.

What skin types are V KOSMETIK products suitable for?
Our products are suitable for all skin types: they are both dermatologically tested, hypoallergenic, non-irritant and paraben-free.
Is my product likely to melt / dry / freeze / expire / etc?
If the product is temporarily exposed to extreme temperatures, this will not affect its effectiveness. On the other hand, its texture may become a little thicker or finer.
Although our products do not have an expiry date in the strict sense, it is generally recommended to use them within 3 years of their manufacture, or within 6 months of their opening for optimal product quality ... but we are ready to bet that you will love them so much that the problem will not even arise.
Do you test on animals?
Excellent question, and the answer is no! The VKoffice regularly welcomes visitors (we have dogs on our own!!!)
Do I have the right to resell your products on my own site?
Unfortunately, your V KOSMETIK purchases are for personal use only. By purchasing a V KOSMETIK product, you agree not to resell or distribute it for commercial purposes. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not intended for personal use.

How can I return or exchange a product?
We are sorry to hear that your V KOSMETIK product is not for you. Please contact us at info@V KOSMETIK.com with your order number and the product (s) you would like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

Don't worry: V KOSMETIK packages do not contain a return slip. You just have to contact us at info@V KOSMETIK.com and we will help you make a return or exchange of a product.
What is your returns policy?
All return requests must be made within 30 days of complete receipt of the order.
Here's how to return a product: Send an e-mail to email@example.com, including your name, address and order number (VKO #) and we will help you make a return.
We will fully reimburse you for the product (s) via your original payment method, including the cost of standard delivery. That said, you will not receive a refund for return shipping costs. If you used a promo code or other at the time of payment, the refund you will receive will be equal to the amount you paid.
How long does returns take?
Refunds on bank cards generally take 5 to 10 working days.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express (credit or debit) cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or money orders.
What can I do if my payment is rejected?

Is your card still valid?

How can I update my order?

Can I use a promo code with another current offer?
You can use a promo code at the same time as the free delivery offer when you buy two or more products. Any other offer without a code offered on our site will be automatically applied and cannot be used in conjunction with a promo code.
