Delivery
VKOSMETIK currently ships to Canada, the United States, Puerto Rico, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark and France.
We strive to make VKOSMETIK products available worldwide. Mention @V_KOSMETIK on social media and tell us where you live!
Standard delivery takes between 7 to 10 business days.
Fast delivery takes between 2 to 3 business days.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to receive and process your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to track the journey of your order.
Delivery times will be longer when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas in northern Canada.
Standard delivery (7-10 business days) is 15$. When you spend 50$ or more, standard delivery is free.
Fast delivery (2-3 business days) is 20$.
The total of your order including taxes, shipping rates and duties will be seen at the checkout.
We can deliver our packages to Canadian PO box addresses with standard delivery. Orders with fast delivery are sent with UPS, so a residential address is required for delivery.
If your postal code is missing a character, or if it contains too many characters, the "next" button will be grayed out (and you won't be able to click on it). Check your zip code, or email us at info@vkosmetik.com if you need a helping hand!
It may happen that the carrier takes 1 to 2 business days to register the status of your order. If your order number does not update or simply does not work, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vkosmetik.com to give you more information.
If your delivery address is incorrect, please send us an email at info@vkosmetik.com.
To change the currency in which you are shopping and the country of delivery, simply click on the small circle at the top right of your screen, then select the country of your choice. We currently only ship to the countries listed here.
Products

Our products are suitable for all skin types: they are both dermatologically tested, hypoallergenic, non-irritant and paraben-free.
If the product is temporarily exposed to extreme temperatures, this will not affect its effectiveness. On the other hand, its texture may become a little thicker or finer.
Although our products do not have an expiry date in the strict sense, it is generally recommended to use them within 3 years of their manufacture, or within 6 months of their opening for optimal product quality.
Excellent question, and the answer is no! The VKoffice regularly welcomes visitors (we have dogs of our own!!!)
Unfortunately, your VKOSMETIK purchases are for personal use only. By purchasing a VKOSMETIK product, you agree not to resell or distribute it for commercial purposes. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not intended for personal use.
We start from the principle that beauty must be fun, easy, imperfect and individual. Our products are reflective of that. Our formulas have been designed to live with you and not on you, and to enhance your natural beauty. You can touch them, fiddle with them, take them on a journey, cherish them and share them until their packaging is marked, worn and at the end of the line. They breathe a mischievous air of freedom, and are born following VK advice over the years to the coolest girls on the planet.
Return and Exchange
We are sorry to hear that your V KOSMETIK product is not for you. Unfortunately due to the actual situation with Covid-19, we are no longer accepting Returns or Exchanges.
If you have received a product other than the one you ordered, our apologies! Please contact us at info@vkosmetik.com and we will make sure you get the VKOSMETIK product you want!
Billing
Your card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express (credit or debit) cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or money orders.

Please send an e-mail to info@vkosmetik.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or modify an order. Our order processing center is very efficient, but we will do our best to help you.
You can view the status of your order on your Account page. This will be updated as soon as your payment method has been debited, and again once your order has been sent.
You can only use one promo code per order. If you have found two valid VKOSMETIK promo codes during your Internet adventures, please choose the one you like best.
You can use a promo code at the same time as the free delivery offer when you buy two or more products. Any other offer without a code offered on our site will be automatically applied and cannot be used in conjunction with a promo code. If your order entitles you to an offer and you also enter a promo code, we will apply the most advantageous offer.
